First Visit

At your first visit, you will meet the doctor and staff. Our goal is to make this visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible and create a foundation for a productive relationship for all future visits.

There will be a thorough review of your medical and dental history and then the periodontal examination that may include x-rays and/or a CT scan. To assist in this process, please bring your referral slip and x-rays from your general dentist (if available).

You will be receiving a health history form in the mail before your appointment so that you have time to accurately list all medications and medical concerns. You may also fill out your patient registration and medical history form on this website. Accurate medical information is critical to your diagnosis and treatment.

After the doctor collects all of the necessary information, a treatment plan that meets your needs will be presented to you. Please feel free to ask questions and express your concerns. Financial arrangements will also be discussed at this visit.

A comprehensive report will be sent to your dentist promptly so that treatment can be coordinated efficiently.
